LIMITED WARRANTY FOR LIT EQUIPMENT

1 Year – New LIT Cold Plunge Chillers are covered for 1 year.

This limited warranty is valid from the date of original purchase and applies only within the United States. It covers defects in materials and workmanship (parts and labor), including free UPS ground shipping to and from our repair center in the continental U.S. If any part of the chiller breaks after 12 months, we will send you replacement parts free of charge. If you want our repair center to fix your chiller, you can send your unit directly to our repair center and we will repair the unit, however, you will be liable for shipping charges. 

If your equipment cannot be repaired, LIT will replace it with the same model with equal or less usage within your warranty period. If that model is unavailable, we’ll replace it with one of equal or greater retail value.

SHIPPING
When sending equipment for service, use a double wall corrugated box with at least 2" of bubble wrap. The box should support a minimum of 100 lbs.
Important: Any damage from transit, such as scratches or dents, is not covered under this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Equipment not distributed by LIT within the U.S.

• Equipment not purchased through an authorized LIT retailer.

• Purchases made through unauthorized platforms like eBay.

• Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper operation.

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

• Damage caused by skipping maintenance or cleaning steps.

• Damage from using unapproved substances or accessories.
