LIT Method Inc. Training Equipment Limited Warranty

LIT Method Inc. (“LIT”) stands behind the quality and durability of all LIT training equipment.
This Limited Warranty applies to the LIT AXIS, LIT Strength Machine, and LIT Reformer, including all sensors, resistance bands, and related components.


LIT AXIS Warranty

Lifetime Warranty Coverage

The following components are covered under LIT’s Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship:

  • LIT Sensors – defective or malfunctioning sensors that fail under normal use, or sensors that no longer collect accurate data due to internal failure.

If your LIT AXIS sensor becomes defective, contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] for assistance.


Not Covered Under the Lifetime Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen LIT sensors.

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

  • LIT Resistance Bands (covered under a separate 1-year warranty).

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Use of non-genuine or incompatible parts.

  • Altered or removed serial numbers or factory identifiers.

Resistance Bands Warranty:
LIT resistance bands are covered for one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship.
If a band fails during normal use, LIT will provide a replacement.
Customers are responsible for a $15–$25 shipping fee, depending on location.


LIT Strength Machine Warranty

Lifetime Warranty Coverage

The following components are covered under LIT’s Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship:

  • Mainframe – the structural body of the LIT Strength Machine.

  • LIT Sensors – defective or malfunctioning sensors that impact performance.

Not Covered Under the Lifetime Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen sensors or machines.

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function or safety.

  • LIT Resistance Bands (covered under a separate 1-year warranty with a $25 shipping fee).

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

  • Altered or missing serial numbers.

  • Damage or misuse of included accessories or attachments.


LIT Reformer Warranty

Residential Use Coverage – 2 Years

For residential customers, the following components are warranted for two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship:

  • Reformer Frame – structural integrity, welds, and joints.

  • Carriage and Track System – including wheels, rails, and alignment mechanisms.

  • Mechanical Components – pulleys, foot bar, ropes, and shoulder blocks.

1-Year Coverage (Residential):

  • Upholstery and Padding – warranted for one (1) year against seam separation or manufacturing defects.

  • Resistance Bands and Springs – warranted for one (1) year against breakage or failure under normal use.


Commercial Use Coverage – 1 Year

For commercial settings (gyms, studios, hotels, and wellness centers), the LIT Reformer is warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship on all frame, carriage, and component parts.


Not Covered Under the Reformer Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including stretching of cords, springs, or bands.

  • Cosmetic damage, including fading, scratches, or discoloration.

  • Improper installation, setup, or storage.

  • Commercial wear beyond the defined coverage period.

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or part substitutions.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.


Warranty Exclusions (Applicable to All Products)

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear from repeated use.

  • Accidental or environmental damage (impact, heat, humidity).

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance.

  • Commercial or institutional use not covered under a separate agreement.


How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact LIT Customer Support at [email protected].

  2. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and photo or video evidence of the issue.

  3. Once reviewed, LIT will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with return instructions.

  4. After inspection, LIT will repair or replace the defective product or component.


Limitations & Disclaimers

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • All warranty service must be performed by LIT Method Inc. or an authorized service provider.

  • LIT Method Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including:

    • Loss of use

    • Shipping or handling fees

    • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or neglect

  • Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and will carry only the remaining balance of the original warranty period.


This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
