You can sign up for a free trial&#xA0;<a href="https://www.litmethod.com/pages/lit-classes#membership"></a><a href="https://www.litmethod.com/pages/lit-classes#membership">here</a>.<h3 id="what-equipment-do-i-need">What equipment do I need?</h3>LIT classes are designed for all levels. You don&#x2019;t need any equipment for many classes&#x2014;just filter by &#x201C;Bodyweight&#x201D; in our class library. You can always level up with AXIS or LIT Strength Machine!<h3 id="how-do-i-sign-up-for-a-ondemand-membership">How do I sign up for a OnDemand Membership?</h3>You can sign up for a membership here. &#xA0;We offer two tiers of memberships an AXIS Membership or Strength Machine Membership. If you decide to change to an annual subscription, you will be charged a prorated amount at the exact time you make the switch based on where you are in your monthly billing plan. We&#x2019;ve always got you covered to stay LIT!<h3 id="how-can-i-cancel-my-membership">How can I cancel my membership?</h3>You can cancel your membership by signing into your account on www.litmethod.com and navigate to your subscription settings: select&#x201C;Manage Subscription&#x201D; located in the top menu bar. Scroll down to how to cancel your subscription and follow the instructions. This is not accessible on the app.&#xA0;If you created your account with Apple or Google Play, you will need to cancel within your Apple or Google Play subscription settings. Please note that deleting the app does not&#xA0;cancel your subscription.After canceling your subscription, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Canceling your subscription will not provide refunds.

This is based on eligibility of a soft credit check.
