How to Install The Rowing SensorUpdated a year ago

The LIT Rowing Sensor is sold separately and can be purchased here. It gives you the ability through bluetooth to track your speed, distance and more.  

If you have received your rowing sensor, you can learn how to install it to your machine HERE.

Step 1: Remove the plug from your Strength Machine

Step 2: Insert your rowing sensor directly below your magnet track

Step 3: Ensure you have bluetooth enabled on your device

Step 4: Go to your app and click “manage devices” and select LIT Strength Machine

Step 5: Ensure the light is blinking Blue

Step 6: Open the app and select endurance row or scenic row to track your rowing data.
