LIT Return Policy

LIT Strength Machine Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with our Strength Machine, you must return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus any shipping or delivery fees. Because of the size and weight of the Strength Machine, we do not offer a refund for any shipping, delivery, or installation charges that you may have paid for your Strength Machine delivery. Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. If your Strength Machine is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, or otherwise shows signs of abuse, LIT Method Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees. 

Returned products must be received in their original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Damage to the Machine upon receipt of delivery must be notated upon delivery. Please thoroughly inspect your Machine and report any damage within 48 hours to our customer service team. Your Machine is expected to be returned in the same condition that it was received.

LIT AXIS Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with our LIT AXIS, you must return it within 30 days for a refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange, an original order number is required. Your item must be shipped back securely to our facility.

If your AXIS is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, or otherwise shows signs of abuse, LIT Method Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees.  Returned products must be received in their original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so you will only be refunded the cost of the item. Please note all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging.

Cancellation Policy 

LIT Strength Machine Cancellation Policy: If your order has been processed and you wish to cancel a cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed. If your LIT Strength Machine has already been shipped you will be subject to a cancellation fee and will not be reimbursed for any shipping/delivery charges.  We do not offer a refund for any shipping, delivery, or installation charges that you may have paid for your Strength Machine delivery.

LIT AXIS Cancellation Policy: 

You may request cancelation of your AXIS order any time prior to delivery. 

  • Your order begins processing for shipment immediately after it is placed. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel it prior to shipment.
  • If your order can be canceled prior to shipment, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. 


Exclusions:

The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, used, worn, or were a marked down/sale item:

  • Heart rate monitors
  • Other fitness accessories (Foam roller, and other items that may not be listed here.)
  • Machine mat
  • Axis Zone Mat

Returning LIT Method Accessories

All sales on our Accessories store page are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and cannot process any refunds unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer  experience team at [email protected] and provide your name, contact information, description of defect, photo of defect, and order number.


LIT Cold Plunges & Chillers Return Policy:

  • All returned goods must be pre-approved by LIT with return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All returned goods must be in new and unused condition, and in their original packaging. LIT may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
Cold Plunges Only — Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All canceled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each Cold Plunge product; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.
